When it comes to sending eNewsletters to your customers there’s a trap. It’s big, well camouflaged and very easy to fall into. The classic trap is to populate the content with stories and items that interest you, not on those that will interest your readership. For instance, take a franchise car dealership. Localised health campaigns can be very dull indeed.
